Suspicious Person Call Results in Drug Charges for Nutley Resident – TAPinto.net

NUTLEY, NJ – Officers from the Nutley Police Department responded to a report of a suspicious person on Cook Rd. Wednesday resulting in the arrest of a 20 year old township resident on drug charges.

The individual was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters without incident. He was charged with  Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and  Possession of CDS. He was also charged with Possession of CDS in a Motor Vehicle.

He was then released with a court date.
