Scarecrows Take Over Morristown’s Frelinghuysen Arboretum – TAPinto.net

MORRISTOWN, NJ. Beginning Saturday, October 19 through Sunday, December 1, Explore the gardens of the Frelinghuysen Arboretum in Morris Township, and spy dozens of festive, fall scarecrows designed by individuals, businesses, organizations, scout groups, and school classes.

The exhibit begins Saturday October 19 and will run through Sunday December 1.

Visit the Haggerty Education Center for a map of locations to find these crafty creations. Keep your eyes out for the ‘Gary the Gardener’ scarecrow, dressed as one of the Arboretum’s own gardeners. Find all the scarecrows, take a selfie with your favorite to post on Facebook or Instagram, and take a mini-scarecrow home to decorate yourself.
