Orange residents if you and/or your child(ren) don’t already have a Library card or need to replace your card , simply bring a valid ID to the Library. Acceptable forms of ID include NJ ID, NJ Driver License, and current Passport. Other forms of proof of residency include current utility bill or mail (no junk mail) with your name and address. If you need to replace your Library card(s) there is a $2.00 fee for each card that needs to be replaced.
