NJ Department of Health reports 3rd child flu death this season – News 12 New Jersey

EDISON –

The New Jersey Department of Health reports that a third New Jersey child has died from influenza complications this season.

The infant from northern New Jersey died back in late January and had several underlying conditions.

The child was not able to be vaccinated for medical reasons.

The department will not be releasing additional information in order to protect patient privacy.
