NEW JERSEY — State police have issued an Amber alert for a baby last seen in Essex County.

Police said the child, Chinna Payne, was last seen in East Orange with 27-year-old Damion Payne, who was driving a white Nissan Altima with Virginia license plate VPF6043.

Weighting 7 pounds, the child is Black, with brown hair and brown eyes, police said in the alert.
