Motor Vehicle Stop results in Drug Charges for Nutley Man

NUTLEY, NJ – A 19 year old Nutley man will appear in court to answer drug paraphernalia charges following a motor vehicle stop. 

On Tuesday, August 21, Nutley police made a routine motor vehicle stop on Prospect St.  The stop resulted int he arrest of Andrew Kozlecki, 19, a resident of Nutley. 

He was transported to Nutley Police Department Headquarters on Chestnut St. without incident and charged with drug paraphernalia and CDS/possession. He was advised of his court date and released.
