Missing East Orange Teen’s Mother Charged with Abuse and Neglect – New Jersey News Network

On Friday afternoon, Jamie Moore, 39, was arrested for the alleged abuse of her daughter and 3-year-old son. The complaint filed by the Prosecutor’s Office accuses the mother of violent acts like, “stabbing the victim to her shoulder, causing a laceration that is still visible,” and “spraying bleach in her eyes, pulling her braids out, striking her in the head with a frying pan, striking her with blue hangers, striking her with a broom handle.”
