MIDDLETOWN, NJ — Released by Middletown police, all the arrests for that time period:

The following media release contains information pertaining to arrests and police activities for the Middletown Twp. Police Department during the time period of October 6, 2019 through October 19, 2019. During that period, Middletown police responded to 2,012 calls for service, including 173 first aid calls, 85 burglar alarms and 86 motor vehicle crashes.

Police officers arrested 15 individuals, including four for outstanding bench warrants and one for domestic violence. Arrests are as follows:

Bridget Cash, age 21, from Eatontown, was arrested by Detective Keith Hirschbein for shoplifting, endangering the welfare of a child, and conspiracy to commit theft. Cash was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Zachary Santalucia, age 19, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Zubkow for possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Santalucia was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Abraham Soriano-Betancourt, age 43, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Michael Heaton for driving without a license and failure to stay in marked lanes. Soriano-Betancourt was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Ryan Villanueva, age 31, from Sparta, was arrested by Detective Adam Colfer for contempt of court warrants. Villanueva was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Caitlyn Conklin, age 30, from Marlboro, was arrested by Officer Ryan Pigott for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and drug paraphernalia. Conklin was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Daniel Price, age 32, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Michael Heaton for a contempt of court warrant. Price was processed and released to the Essex County Sheriff’s Department.

Nicholas Ballard, age 29, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Daniel Flannigan for a contempt of court warrant. Ballard was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Kathryn Baum, age 56, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Savvas Roumeliotis for driving under the influence. Baum was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Bridget Mitchell, age 55, from Thorndale, Pennsylvania, was arrested by Officer Michael Heaton for unlawful possession of a weapon. Mitchell was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Kristie Kogut-Rodriguez, age 45, from Atlantic Highlands, was arrested by Officer Erica Weeks for a contempt of court warrant. Kogut-Rodriguez was processed and released on her own recognizance.

Vilhelm Rasmussen IV, age 50, from Whiting, was arrested by Detective Adam Colfer for theft of property, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and drug paraphernalia. Rasmussen was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Sean Haviland, age 27, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Zubkow for a contempt of court warrant. Haviland was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Ryan Villanueva, age 31, from Sparta, was arrested by Officer Michael Masiello for a contempt of court warrant. Villanueva was processed and released on his own recognizance.
