Hunterdon Polo Classic In Photos
FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, N.J — Tents lined the polo field at Fieldview Farm for the Hunterdon Polo Classic on June 9.
Despite the weatherman predicting rain for the weekend, sunny skies and a gentle breeze prevailed.
The event supports several worthy causes — the Hunterdon Art Museum, NJ Prevent, the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick – Hunterdon, Riding with Heart, the Toshiko Takaezu Studio Project and Valley Crest Farm & Preserve.
A parade of classic cars and a performance by St. Ann’s Pipes and Drums kicked off the event.The Tewksbury Foot Bassets and the Essex Fox Hounds also paid a visit at half time.
Prizes were awarded for the best tailgates and best hats.
