Hundreds Join Candlelight Vigil in South Orange’s Spiotta Park on Sunday

SOUTH ORANGE, NJ – Hundreds of residents came together in Spiotta Park on Sunday evening to stand together against hate and remember the victims of the Jewish Tree of Faith Synagogue and other victims of hate crimes.

The speakers at the rally, which included community leaders, clergy and elected officials, had a common message of solidarity, peace and the need to work together to end violence and hateful speech.

South Orange Village President Sheena Collum urged all to “vote to effect change.”
