The $1.5 trillion spending bill funding the federal government through Sept. 30 included $178 million for local projects in New Jersey, including new water and sewer lines, renovated parks, housing and community programs.

“I’m damn proud to have included so many New Jersey priorities in this bill,” said Rep. Bill Pascrell Jr., D-9th Dist.
