Fire Crews: Person Extricated from Car-under-truck Accident in Folsom – wpgtalkradio.com
Officials say one person had to be freed from a car that had partially gone under a tractor-trailer during an accident in Folsom Monday night.
The Collings Lakes Fire Department says they were dispatched to the area of 1219 Mays Landing Rd. in Folsom, which is located just north of Route 54 near the railroad tracks, shortly after 9:00.
At the scene, firefighters found a passenger car underneath the back of a tractor-trailer with one victim trapped inside.
Crews were able to free the trapped person from the car, who was then treated by emergency medical crews.
The condition of the trapped person, or of any other persons involved in the accident, was not included in a Facebook post by the fire department Tuesday afternoon.
Officials say they were able to clear the accident scene in about 90 minutes.
