Brick Police arrest 5 following separate heroin deals – wobm.com
Five Ocean County residents await their days in court after dealing drugs in Brick caught the attention of police, Chief James Riccio announced on Saturday.
The Brick Police Street Crimes Unit has arrested two residents from Toms River and three from Little Egg Harbor following separate drug deals that took place around lunchtime on Friday.
Shayna Palmieri, 31, of Toms River got out of her vehicle at the Wawa on Brick Boulevard around 11:30 am, police said, and got into the car of Dandre Tubbs, 33, of Toms River which is where a drug deal then took place.
Police pulled them over and found 200 wax folds of Heroin and 10 Xanax pills.
Palmieri is being charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin and possession of heroin and paraphernalia.
She remains in the Ocean County Jail.
Tubbs is charged with distributing heroin, possession of heroin, possession of Xanax, and paraphernalia.
He also remains in Ocean County Jail.
A Brick Police SCU Detective then spotted a drug deal take place about an hour later involving a white sedan, which led to three arrests following a motor vehicle stop.
Police said Steven Weber, 55, Little Egg Harbor Township, was in possession of 210 wax folds of heroin, approximately five grams of crack-cocaine, a large amount of U.S. currency….and a pill bottle containing urine.
Weber is charged with distributing heroin, possession with the intent to distribute heroin, possession with the intent to distribute crack, possession of heroin, possession of crack, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a device used to defraud the administration of a drug test and several motor vehicle violations.
He remains in the Ocean County Jail.
Alysia Wojceichowski, 27, Little Egg Harbor, is charged with possession of heroin, possession of crack, possession of hypodermic syringes and drug paraphernalia.
She remains in the Ocean County Jail.
Stephanie Lewicki, 37, Little Egg Harbor, is charged with possession of heroin and possession of hypodermic syringes.
Lewicki was released on a summons.
Detectives seized the U.S. currency and the vehicle.
