Bloomfield Police Alert: Road Closures for Sunset Classic Thursday – TAPinto.net

Be advised that the Annual Sunset Classic 5 Mile Road Race will take place on Thursday, June 27, 2019.

Roadways will be shut down from  approx 6:30 PM- 9:00 PM.

The following major roadways will be closed for the event- Broad St between Belleville Ave & Watchung Ave, JFK Drive North/South between Belleville Ave & Hoover Ave, Essex Ave between Sunset Ave and Benson St.

Many other streets will be closed during the Sunset Classic for participant safety.

Attached is a Map showing the route of the Sunset Classic.

Police will be on scene directing traffic.Expect delays and plan alternate routes.
