Bloomfield Holiday Events: Tea With Mrs. Claus, Xmas Concert – Bloomfield, NJ Patch
BLOOMFIELD, NJ — The Oakeside Bloomfield Cultural Center in Bloomfield will host two holiday-related events in December 2018. Information about each event follows below, courtesy of the center.
TEA WITH MRS. CLAUS
Oakeside Bloomfield Cultural Center is hosting its annual children’s event, “Tea with Mrs. Claus” on Saturday, December 15.
While her husband is busy with Christmas preparations, Mrs. Claus pays a visit to Oakeside on Saturday, December 15 at 11:00am. Guests will enjoy a story, tea and finger sandwiches, cookies and more with Mrs. Claus. The event will include arts and crafts and each child will receive a framed picture with Mrs. Claus. The event is age- appropriate for children ages 2 through 8. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Seating is limited. Tickets are $12 for adults and $16 for children. Payment must be received within five days of reservation. Sorry, no refunds on paid reservations.

VICTORIAN TEA AND CONCERT
Oakeside Bloomfield Cultural Center announces a Victorian Tea and Concert on Sunday, December 9, 2018, starting at 1 pm.
Enjoy finger sandwiches, tea cakes and cookies beautifully presented in our period living room, followed by a tour of our historic home. After tea, Gerard and Diane Barros will present a concert of favorite Christmas music in the solarium.
Cost is $32 per person and includes the tea and the concert. Places are limited; reservations are required. Please call the Oakeside office at 973-429-0960 for further information and to reserve your place.
Oakeside is located at 240 Belleville Avenue in Bloomfield. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm.
