WEST CALDWELL, NJ — Jack Sherwood drove in four runs to lead Caldwell to a 10-5 baseball victory over Montclair on Wednesday.

Sherwood went 3-for-4 and scored a run and Ross Mehl had two hits and two RBI for the Chiefs (11-10), who pulled away from a 5-5 tie with two runs in the fifth inning and three runs in the sixth inning.

Frank Gencarelli and Jake Fierro each had a double and two RBI for Caldwell. Ryan Sanderson and Mike Lill combined for three shutout innings of relief in the victory.
