Alfred Fraser passed away on November 2, 2021, at Fawcett Memorial Hospital in Port Charlotte, Florida. He was born on August 3, 1935, to his parents Augustus and Elizabeth Fraser. He was born in Grenada and raised in Trinidad where he received his early education before migrating to the US on September 4, 1971. He resided in Essex County, NJ for several years before relocating to Florida with his wife Monica Fraser. He was an active member of the Port Charlotte First Baptist Church and was also a member of the All Nations Cultural Club, organizing travel and family events. Alfred enjoyed international travel with his wife Monica, and they traveled extensively. He was a self-employed construction worker, specializing in carpentry, masonry, and painting. In his spare time, he enjoyed activities such as fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his parents, Augustus and Elizabeth; his wife Monica; his siblings, Evelyn, Marie, Toby, and Margaret; his daughter Yvonne; his niece Joyce; and his grandchild Kevin.
Alfred leaves to mourn, his sister Agnes; his children Fitzroy, Sandra, Pearlyn, Cleopatra, Hillary, Keisha, Amiee; his nieces Mavis, Linda, Marilyn, Yolanda, and Deborah; his nephews, Terry, Paul, Anthony, Lincoln, Leslie, and Ronald; his grandchildren Shawn, Alvin, Adia, Devon, Ananda; and a host of other relatives.
