NUTLEY, NJ – Officers from the Nutley Police Department responded to a call about a suspicious person walking on Park Ave. on Wed. Jan 15.
According to police reports, a male party was walking West on Park Ave. wearing only a bathrobe and ski mask.
When police spotted the man, he refused to provide his identity. He told police that his was the style he likes to wear. As no crime was committed, he was free to leave.
The report does not state what the ski mask was covering.
