LIVINGSTON, NJ — Kayla Parsons scored both goals to steer Livingston to a 2-1 girls soccer victory over Newark Academy on Tuesday.

Parsons received assists from Lauren Belcuore and Kylie Mistretta as the Lancers (4-0) had a 2-0 halftime lead.

Ava Cole scored with an assist by Katherine Fishbone in the second half for Newark Academy. Gina Healy of Livingston made six saves. Newark Academy’s Kaitlin Weiss had five saves.
