Fraud – Headquarters received a walk in report of credit card fraud.  The victim opened a credit card account with Lord & Taylor and was waiting to receive the physical card.  The card was never received, but the victim did get a statement with charges in the amount of $1,393.24 that they did not authorize or purchase.
