NUTLEY, NJ – As everyone counts down the weeks to opening day of the 10th season of the Nutley Farmers Market, the forecast for this summer is both chili and hot.

Nick Pallotta, creater of Pallotta Hot Gourmet Pepper Sauce, just released his first batch of ‘Chili Moon’ sauce. Made with ‘Ghost Peppers,’ the hottest chili pepper, is the latest addition to his range of locally made hot sauces.

Aside from being made and bottled locally, Pallotta now has their own farmland on which they grown their peppers.
