Registration Opens this Week for 2019 Nutley Chamber of Commerce 5K – TAPinto.net

NUTLEY, NJ – Registration opens this week for the 2019 Nutley Chamber of Commerce 5K Fun Run benefitting the Nutley Educational Foundation 

Taking place early on a Sunday morning, the 5K includes a Kids Fun Run, a Short Sprint, and the annual 5K itself. Registration for each of the events opens in mid-February. 

Each year hundreds of runner and their supporters descend on Nutley on the first Sunday in May for what has become a favorite local tradition. This year the 5K Fun Run takes place Sunday May 5. 

The 5K begins and ends at the Nutley Park Oval, and follows a course along Chestnut St., Passaic Ave, Centre St., and along Franklin Ave. to the finish line. Seasoned runners, kids, and even little kids in strollers are a part of this family friendly event.
