WEST CALDWELL, NJ — Hanover Park rallied for a 55-54 boys basketball victory over Caldwell in the quarterfinal round of the Section 2, Group 2 state tournament Wednesday night.

Frank Marinelli scored 14 points for Hanover Park (16-10), which trailed, 41-34, going into the fourth quarter.

Charlie Pierce scored 19 points for Caldwell (18-7), which outscored Hanover Park, 27-14, during the middle two quarters. Hank Morgan finished with 18 points for the Chiefs.
