Update: Burton is Back; Black Cat Found in Westfield

WESTFIELD, NJ — A temporary ice hockey rink being erected in a town park amid neighborhood concern is nearing completion.

About a dozen players from Westfield High School’s hockey team, along with family and friends, helped in building the anticipated ice rink at Gumbert Park on Saturday.

The rink is slated to open early next month, with a grand opening set for Nov. 11, officials said.
