Hot Topics – Monday, August 6 at 6:00 pm at the Pass It Along Youth Center • Teens engage in conversations about a variety of issues facing them today, lead by Pass It Along interns! No signup required.

Compadres – Tuesday, August 7 at 5:00 pm at the Sparta Presbyterian Church • Peer mentors assist children with homework or school projects, play educational games, engage in recreational activities, participate in group educational structured activities, read books, share a joke, tell stories and enjoy spending time together.

Ryan’s Cases for Smiles – Wednesday, August 8 at 7:00 pm at the Sparta United Methodist Church • Volunteers are needed to cut and pin fabric and sew pillowcases for terminally ill children. No sewing experience is required, instruction and all materials will be provided.

Father’s Johns Animal House Orientation – Thursday, August 9 at 5:00 pm at the Pass It Along Youth Center • Father John’s will be coming to the Pass It Along Youth Center before So…Life to present to potential volunteers what Father John’s is all about. If you are even slightly interested in working with animals, sign up now to attend this presentation and fill out your application!

Knit & Crochet for a Cause – Thursday, August 9 at 6:00 pm at the Pass It Along Youth Center • Volunteers will help to craft hats, scarves, and more for those in need. No experience needed. Your final products will be donated to local children in need.

So…Life – Thursday, 5:30 pm at the Pass It Along Youth Center • Join us for a SPECIAL session of So…Life led by Pass It Along’s Nyesha Cooke, owner/manager of Body Positive L.L.C. Participants will learn more about body positivity and how to re-establish your relationship with yourself.
