Montclair Fashion Night: July 17 Model Call for Fall Fashion Show

MONTCLAIR, NJ – A model call will be held on Tues, July 17 from 6-7 pm at the Pig & Prince restaurant for the upcoming fall Montclair Fashion Show.
Hosted by The Montclair Center BID, All sizes and ages are encouraged to volunteer and register. This year’s Montclair Fashion Show will be held on Sunday, Oct 14 at the Wellmont Theater.
Volunteer models will need to be available for the Fashion Show all day on Sunday, Oct 14 for rehearsals. Fittings with boutiques will be scheduled in the weeks ahead of the show.
This year’s Montclair Fashion Show will open with a walk of vintage fashion looks curated by fashion historian Julia Sharp, in celebration of the Township of Montclair’s 150th anniversary. Then, looks from the hottest boutiques, designers and salons will charge up the runway for an evening of fashion, cocktails and celebration.
Representing the over 300 merchants and over 200 property owners in downtown Montclair, the Montclair Center BID is directly responsible for the music performances, beautification projects including plants and decorations, banners, way-finding signage and maintenance throughout the district. By encouraging dynamic collaboration, the Montclair Center BID also creates exciting events for shoppers and tourists, marketing opportunities for retailers and restaurateurs, and actively seeks to improve the area for businesses and residents.
