Newark Elementary School counselor Arrested for Sexually Assault – New Jersey News Network

According to a joint statement from the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office and the Newark Police Department, James D. Rone-Lewis, 31, is accused of touching a child’s penis around October 21st after escorting the student to his office at the Avon Avenue Elementary School.
