Memorial Day weekend is on the horizon, the first long weekend of the year that features warm weather (we hope, anyway). So everybody has an extra day to do something fun this weekend. Great. Now, what do we do?

Jersey Shore Food Truck Festival
What: With 45 trucks featuring food ranging from empanadas to lobster rolls and Belgian waffle sundaes, along with live music, you better bring an appetite.
