Andrew Milling, from the Weichert, Realtors, Sparta office, was named the sales region’s Manager of the Year for 2018, announced Joe McDonald, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors. This award was given to one manager from Weichert’s offices throughout Sussex, Morris, Mercer, Essex and Union counties who demonstrated exceptional management skills and led his or her office to outstanding performance in 2018. This is Milling’s fourth consecutive year as regional Manager of the Year.
“I am thrilled to have Andrew on my leadership team. Year after year, he continues to lead the sales associates in his office to greater levels of success,” McDonald said. “Andrew is committed to providing the guidance, support and resource tools his associates need to reach their sales objectives and offer the best service to their clients.”
A longtime real estate professional, Milling joined Weichert in 1997 before being appointed sales manager in 2001. He has been manager of the Sparta office since 2003, during which time he has guided his team to help numerous local families and individuals realize their dreams of homeownership. Milling has won seven Manager of the Year titles overall.
Milling and his wife, Heather, have three children, Linsey, Andrew and Katelyn.

Mary Palumbo has joined Realty Executives Sparta branch as a Realtor associate, announced Realty Executives Sparta Branch Office Manager Catherine Kut.
“Mary is an experienced, extremely knowledgeable and conscientious Realtor who always puts her clients first. She is an advocate for her clients and a strong negotiator. We are proud to have Mary on our growing team of exceptional Realtors,” Kut said.
Palumbo, a top Sussex County Realtor, spent over 10 years as a real estate paralegal. She soon realized she had a passion for helping others and it guided her to pursue her real estate license.
Since obtaining her real estate license, Palumbo has received numerous accolades including the prestigious New Jersey Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award in 2017 and 2018. In addition, she is a notary public for the state of New Jersey.
“I always try my best to utilize all my strengths to accommodate my clients’ needs in selling their home or finding a home that is truly meant to be theirs,” Palumbo said. “Nothing brings me more satisfaction as a Realtor than to see this manifest. Terence Wynne and Kathie Coleman of Edward Jones in Newton have accepted invitations to increase their limited partner holdings in The Jones Financial Cos., the holding company for the St. Louis-based financial services firm.
Wynne and Coleman both accepted an invitation to increase their current limited partnership holdings.
Wynne joined Edward Jones in 2004 and has served investors in Newton for the past 15 years. In addition, he is active in several local groups, including Sussex County Chamber.
“I am honored to be invited to increase my ownership in the firm,” said Wynne. “I enjoy working for Edward Jones, and I am very proud of the way we do business and the way we treat our clients.”
Coleman joined Edward Jones in 2009. “I am thrilled to receive this invitation,” she said. “I’ve always enjoyed my job — it’s both challenging and rewarding — but being an owner in the firm is really exciting.”

Diana Russell, licensed esthetician and wax specialist, is a new team member at Lacquer Nail Bar in Milford, Pa. The addition to the nail bar brings a number of new esthetic services, including lash lifts and tints. Russell will also be expanding the business’s waxing offerings with Brazilian, bikini and full body waxes.
“While nails are our number one love and it’s our primary service, Caitlan (Vill, business partner) and I were toying with turning the nail bar into a beauty bar with expanded services,” said Katrina Foster, co-owner of Lacquer Nail Bar. “When we met Diana, we knew that she was the one that would help us offer a more full-service, luxury experience.”
Russell is a mother of two and new to the Milford area. She has more than 10 years of experience in beauty cosmetics like waxing, skin care and lash care. Russell earned her certificate and license in cosmetology at the Capri Cosmetology school in Newburgh, N.Y. She spent nearly 10 years with the European Wax Center before relocating to Milford to raise her family.
“This is an exciting time for me and for Lacquer,” said Russell. “I am looking forward to 2019 and all that it has in store for Lacquer and its skincare offerings. I am dedicated to always learning new skills, so by spring, we should have more news about our services.”
Lacquer Nail Bar is located at 310 West Harford St., Milford. Esthetic services are available at Lacquer Nail Bar Wednesday through Friday from 4:45 to 7 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Basic waxing services are available during the nail bar’s regularly scheduled hours.

Realtor John Sweeney was named the top producing agent at the Weichert affiliate last year, earning the prestigious Executive Club award from Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., for his 2018 sales production.

Karen Miglin, of the Realty Executive Exceptional Realtors Sparta branch office, was recently honored at the national level with the prestigious Best of Homelight Award from Homelight, a national referral company.
HomeLight analyzes verified housing market data from across the country to identify top performing real estate agents in five unique categories. Miglin’s award included recognition as a Top Buyer’s Agent, a Top Negotiating Agent and a Top Producing Agent for 2018. The Awards are given out only to the top 1 percent of Realtors in a specified geographic area.

Sherelyn J. Schoch, president of Yetter Insurance Agency Inc., in Milford, Pa., has earned the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), following her successful completion of a rigorous insurance education program sponsored by the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors.
The Society of CIC is a key member of the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research, the nation’s pre-eminent provider of insurance and risk management education. Schoch has completed the five CIC courses and the corresponding comprehensive examinations that focus on all major fields of insurance and insurance management. This accomplishment was affirmed by the president of the Society of CIC, Dr. William T. Hold, Ph.D., CIC, CPCU, CLU.
